Our Team
Four people who spent years watching spear-phishing succeed against mid-market organizations and decided to do something specific about it.
The team behind Phishaver.
Ravi Srinivasan
CEO & Co-Founder
Ravi spent six years as a SOC analyst and threat-intelligence lead at SecurePath, an Austin-based MSSP supporting mid-market clients across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. He retrospectively analyzed 47 phishing incidents in 2022 — all of which had bypassed Proofpoint or Mimecast — and identified the pattern that became Phishaver’s detection model.
Leila Okonkwo
Head of Detection Engineering
Leila comes from Abnormal Security’s detection engineering team, where she spent four years building behavioral email threat models. At Phishaver, she leads the design and calibration of the LLM inspection layer and the relationship graph anomaly detection system.
Dmitri Volkov
Head of Threat Research
Dmitri spent five years on email campaign attribution at Proofpoint and holds a PhD in computer science from UT Austin. His research background in sender-infrastructure tracking and domain attribution directly informs Phishaver’s OSINT context layer and campaign fingerprinting capabilities.
Cassandra Tillman
Head of Integrations & Onboarding
Cassandra spent three years in customer success engineering at KnowBe4, integrating security-awareness platforms for mid-market IT teams across Texas and the Southeast. At Phishaver, she leads the integration connectors for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Splunk, and PagerDuty — and ensures new customers are seeing value within their first week.
We’re a small team doing focused work.
Phishaver is in early access. If you run security at a mid-market company and want to understand what contextual email threat detection looks like in practice, we’d like to show you.
